This home is situated in one of the first sub-divisions situated south of Orlando. We are part of Sunridge Woods Estate with easy access from Interstate 4 and just 15 minutes to Epcot. The entire theme park area lays just to the north and west of there. Swain Villa is an easy drive to from either Orlando or Tampa International airports. |
